Objective: To provide supporting funds to AANR-West members participating in
local non-nudist sports events (wearing our promotional t-shirts to these
events) and/or non-nudist or nudist sports events outside of AANR-West Region
(i.e., Superbowl Volleyball, Cypress Cove Tennis Tournaments, Superbowl South).
What we need from you:
Individuals or teams submit an application for
consideration, justifying request for support of these funds. Application should
identify event and date (with copy of brochure/advertisement), team name, and
club affiliation or AANR-West associate status of each individual or team
member. Preference for awarding funds will be given to individuals/teams who
have not yet gotten funds during the year, to teams comprised of the highest
percentage of members from the AANR-West Region, and based on originality of
team name reflecting nudist or Western Region theme.

prior to date of your event. Be sure to include contact information so that you
can be notified of whether you will be awarded funds. Proof of
attendance/participation will be required (receipts). After event has taken
place and receipts have been received by AANR West Sports Chair, funds will be
reimbursed up to $25 per person (for local non-nudist events) or up to $75 per
person (for nudist or non-nudist events outside of AANR-West Region).
